現在、僕の会社ではISO9001を取得するため大詰めを迎えている。
とはいえ、ISO9001という社会的信用やブランドが必要なわけではなく、会社のシステム化という観点から５S活動や作業手順書、安全衛生など取り組んできたなかで行き着いたのがISO9001である。
取り組んでみて感じたのがISOの難しさと、他社のマニュアルの適当さ！！（ごめんなさい）
本気で、会社を変えるために作られたマニュアルが少なく、ほとんどのマニュアルが、資格を取るために作られたモノばかり。その上、うちの会社は、仮設建物の製造業なのですが、社内ですべての部品を製作するため、部門が大企業並みに多い。大企業はそれを事業部などに分け、組織化出来ているので、ISOに当てはめても苦労が少ないのだろうが、うちの会社でそれをするとその組織の人員が1人とか2人とかというおかしな頭でっかちの組織になってしまい効率化が逆に非効率化につながったり・・・。
コンサルを頼んではいるのだが、コンサルも「ん～」「ん～」とうなっている（苦笑）
とはいえ、審査日を間近に控え、最後の追い込みに入っている。 今週は内部監査も控え何かとバタバタした日である。
ISO9001は大変ですよね
うちの会社も取得の際壮大なプロジェクトが組まれていました。
更新ですらも大変そうですよ。。。
会社を変えるためにというよりも
ブランドのためという感じが私もしていましたが
実際取得すると、何かあったときのルールがあることに気づかされ
（実際、現場で働いている人間はそんなルール決められて配布されただけなので）
変わらないといけない部分っていうってのは出てきましたよ。
