すごーくよかったです。来週から定期的に通うつもりで、楽天で早速ヨガマットを購入しちゃいました。体を引き締めるのには最適ですし、スポーツジムみたいに機械を使わないからあんまり無理な負担がかからない。しかも一回１０００円。（75分）来てる女の子たちも私と同世代くらいで、先生も元気で感じがよく。来られる日でいいのよ。なんて気楽なお言葉を・・
