少し油断をするとすぐにBlogが滞ってしまう。
今日のBlogは蟹（カニ）です。
我が社では毎年親睦会による社員旅行が開催されています。もちろん会社からの若干の補助は出ますが基本的に毎月給料から貯蓄をし、社内行事（ボーリング大会や忘年会、バーベキューなどなど）に利用するのが狙いで、参加しない人には年度末に返金をするというシステムで行っています。
で、今年の社員旅行は、1月10～11の1泊2日山陰かにツアー。
私はあいにく、接待があり参加出来なかったのですが、社員がお土産に蟹を買ってきてくれました。
気を遣わなくてもいいのに・・・。 でも嬉しいですね。こういう心配りは(#^.^#)
で、写真を・・・。 忘れて食べちゃいました。
途中で気づき、写真を撮りました。
わかりやすいように携帯をおいてみました。
開封した時には蟹はまだゴゾゴゾと動いていたので、右足は生きた蟹さんには悪いですが出刃で切り落とし刺身に。
その後釜茹での刑にした松葉ガニさんをおいしく茹でガニで頂きました。
とてもいい味でした。
