今日は、山形へ会社訪問のため出張していました。
我が社の新規事業をするかどうかの判断する為、そのモデルとなるK社を見学させていただくために山形へ飛んできました。
伊丹空港で、新規事業のお声をかけていただいた母体のP社の支店長ほか2名と待ち合わせをし、朝7:30伊丹空港発のJAL便にて山形へ。
到着後K社を見てびっくりしました。 会社の敷地面積2600坪今回のモデル事業の年間売り上げは、約7億9000万円。これを6名の社員で売り上げていると言うからびっくりです。
現在弊社が取り組んでいる地域貢献と、エンドユーザー様へのサービス精神という観点からもベストマッチした会社さんで、とても参考になりました。
是非新規事業に参入しようと・・・。 リスクはありますが、できる限りのリスク回避と、ビジネスプランを構築し、攻めに転じる機会かと考えています。
これからますます忙しくなりそうです。 頑張るぞ～～～！！！
