実は、現在来年から実施する新規事業を2事業抱えている。
どちらも事業部制にし、事業部長は決まっているのだが、オーナーの立場としてやはりどちらの事業にも関わっておく必要があると思い、最近はこの2事業の準備にてんやわんやです。
で、昨日は大阪での新規事業A（4月稼働）の研修の視察の為、一昨日の夜中大阪入りし、昨日1日視察。今日からは、新規事業B（1月稼働）の為、昨日の夜中福岡入りし、3日間の福岡滞在の予定である。
この不景気に新しいことを始めるのはリスクも大きいが、このまま何もせず指をくわえ会社の衰退を見守るよりは、余裕のあるうちに攻めに転じようと、一昨年位から、2代目の弱みである「守り」を捨て、「攻め」に転じたのである。
事業開始に会わせて事業紹介をまた、blogでしますので、どうぞよろしくお願いします。
さて、今日から3日間福岡だぁ・・・。
